Dr. Cauleen Stepp brings more than 20 years of experience providing compassionate and high-quality dental care to children and families. She is passionate about creating positive dental experiences and helping young patients develop lifelong healthy habits.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and holds licenses to practice in Florida, Texas, and California. Throughout her career, Dr. Stepp has served in a variety of roles, including practice owner and dental clinic director. She has extensive experience caring for children in foster care, individuals with special needs, and patients from underserved communities.
Dr. Stepp is recognized for her gentle approach, clinical excellence, and dedication to both her patients and her team. Outside of the office, she enjoys volunteering with her church and working with ministries like the Isaiah 117 House. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two goldendoodles.
