Dr. Melissa Logan

Dr. Melissa Logan has a heart for working with children and helping make their dental experiences positive and comfortable. With more than 15 years of experience in dentistry, much of Dr. Logan's career has been dedicated to caring for children. Her warm approach and extensive experience with young patients help children feel at ease while giving families confidence in their care.

Dr. Logan earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed a General Practice Residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Her career has taken her around the country, allowing her to care for children from many different backgrounds with a wide range of dental needs. She has also served as an adjunct clinical faculty member in a dental hygiene program.

Dr. Logan's heart for serving others extends beyond the dental office. Through her nonprofit dental mission organization, NGO Borders, she has traveled to more than 17 countries, helping provide dental care and supplies to underserved communities around the world. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for different cultures and the opportunity to connect with families from many backgrounds. Dr. Logan also speaks English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

After recently relocating from California to Florida, Dr. Logan is excited to bring her experience and love for working with children to families in the Jacksonville community. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her two young children and can often be found cheering them on at their sports practices and games. She also enjoys playing mahjong, Pilates, and traveling whenever she gets the opportunity.
